Erias Ventures, LLC seeks an Enterprise - Operations DevOps Engineer to join our Annapolis Junction, MD team. You will own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation, and platform reliability using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
You will coordinate across teams and with government stakeholders to deliver secure, production-ready solutions and drive deployment standardization. Strong communication and senior-level Systems Engineering experience are essential.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. The DevOps Engineer will utilize modern tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc and will be responsible for providing technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. They will be expected to incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations, develop technical documentation, and develop system architecture and design documentation.
Further duties will include guiding system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. They will have the ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will be able to effectively communicate with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits.The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $215,000 - $285,000.
