This role is for an internship in Summer 2027. The Internship is expected to start on Monday, May 24th with an end date of Friday, August 13th. Candidates must be available to start and end on these days.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Operations intern within Performance Marketing, you'll work collaboratively across the Operations team focusing on implementing systems to streamline the onboarding of our acquisitions into Performance Marketing. In this role you will partner with the Operations and GTM Acquisition leaders to build out an end-to-end playbook for onboarding acquisitions. This is a highly visible intern program with leadership exposure and mentorship throughout the summer. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Identify, proactively implement, and govern operational improvements in financial planning, budgeting. and performance analysisfor incoming acquisitions.
  • Build anend-to-endcommunication and enablement plan that will become the standard for future acquisitions.
  • Coordinate the organization’s management systems and tools and look for opportunities to drive innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness\

This role is based in Austin, Texas. We work in a hybrid environment. This position will be required to come into the office at least three days per week.
