Introduction

This role is for an internship in Summer 2027. The Internship is expected to start on Monday, May 24th with an end date of Friday, August 13th. Candidates must be available to start and end on these days.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Operations intern within Performance Marketing, you'll work collaboratively across the Operations team focusing on implementing systems to streamline the onboarding of our acquisitions into Performance Marketing. In this role you will partner with the Operations and GTM Acquisition leaders to build out an end-to-end playbook for onboarding acquisitions. This is a highly visible intern program with leadership exposure and mentorship throughout the summer. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Identify, proactively implement, and govern operational improvements in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis for incoming acquisitions.
  • Build an end-to-end communication and enablement plan that will become the standard for future acquisitions.
  • Coordinate the organization's management systems and tools and look for opportunities to drive innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.

This role is based in Austin, Texas. We work in a hybrid environment. This position will be required to come into the office at least three days per week.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited University studying business, finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • Available for an internship in Summer 2027.
  • Completing your degree program between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and a rising senior for the 2027-2028 school year.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and budget planning.
  • Knowledge of basic data analysis and ability to use data to drive decisions.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with business process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and analyze data and use storytelling techniques to deliver concise and compelling analysis and recommendations.
  • Ability to dive into details and understand root causes by asking probing questions that identify deeper opportunities for change.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate with influence.

For part-time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
