Freddie Mac in McLean, VA is seeking an Enterprise Operational Control Testing Manager to help design and execute control testing across finance and related functions. You will lead testing activities in a fast-paced, agile environment, applying analytical skills to assess design and operating effectiveness and document evidence.
This role requires 8+ years in testing/audit, 5+ in control testing, and 2 years of people leadership, with CIA/CPA/CISA preferred.

The Enterprise Business Risk & Control Office is a new team at Freddie Mac responsible for facilitating efficient, effective, and consistent management of non-financial risks across Freddie Mac’s first line divisions. We are building a highly motivated team that enjoys driving change and identifying improvement opportunities and solutions. The Centralized Testing group within this team is accountable for executing operational control and compliance testing for all businesses and functions across the firm. Note: this role will be largely focused on Finance activities at Freddie Mac.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $125,000 - $187,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
