Job summary

LG Electronics USA's Information Display Division seeks a Technical Product & Solutions Manager - Networks & Security to join our Lincolnshire, IL office. This is an in-office role partnering with customers' IT and security teams to deploy and secure LG digital signage and RMS/CMS solutions.

The ideal candidate blends product management with hands-on enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and solution architecture, with travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in enterprise network administration, network engineering, architecture, operations or cybersecurity.
• Experience designing, administering, troubleshooting, and securing enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise networking platforms from Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching, VPNs, firewalls, and security concepts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead networking and security integration of LG software solutions with customer IT and network infrastructure.
• Act as the primary networking and cybersecurity SME for enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with customer network teams to design, validate, and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Recommend cybersecurity practices, network standards, and security policies for deployments.
• Author system and software requirements for networking, authentication, encryption, and compliance.
• Assist customers in debugging and resolving networking and security issues in production.
• Maintain and improve LG lab/demonstration networks and security controls for testing and demos.
• Design lab networks that emulate customer environments for testing and validation.
• Support security reviews, risk assessments, and vendor security questionnaires.
• Generate proposals and customer-facing materials detailing LG networking capabilities.
