Job summary

CBTS is seeking a Level 2 Operations Engineer based in Tennessee. The role entails providing expertise in Cisco networking for large enterprise LAN and WAN clients, with responsibilities including troubleshooting and design of firewall solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and cloud technologies including AWS and Azure. A CCNA or CCNP certification is required.

Qualifications

• CCNA/CCNP Certification is required.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with network performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 operations engineering expertise to clients.
• Design and deploy enterprise-scale firewall solutions.
• Review scripting and execute network change management processes.
