Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, plus five years of experience in technical project/program management using Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with networking technologies and network monitoring, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), data visualization, OKRs, and financial modeling.
• Ability to manage multi-year, complex technical programs from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year, enterprise-wide technology transformations aligned to the Network Services Strategic Roadmap.
• Upgrade WAN, local and wireless networks across branch locations and security architecture.
• Manage program lifecycle including planning, budgeting, resources, and timelines.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for network modernization.
• Promote Agile, Prince2/PMP, or hybrid methodologies in delivery.
• Collaborate with network and security architecture teams for scalable, compliant solutions.
• Drive network infrastructure-as-code and automation.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
