Job summary

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient with Linux and network fundamentals.
• CCNA or CCNP certification and Security+ certification are required.

Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to develop, plan, and implement scalable network solutions, new network layouts, and upgrades. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software. Implement and manage network security measures, including firewall rules, access controls, and security protocols to protect data. Resolve network issues. Monitor network health, analyze traffic patterns, and improve visibility through metrics and alerting. Create and maintain network documentation, policies, and procedures.

This position may allow for partial telework.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
