Job summary
Ethereum Technologies in Irving, TX is seeking a Network Engineer to design, configure, implement and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. You will install, troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls, manage LAN/WAN/WLAN and VPN connectivity, and document configurations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Cisco devices, strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
Qualifications
- Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Hands-on Cisco routers and switches.
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols.
- Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN.
- Familiarity with network security and monitoring tools.
- Ability to document configurations.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN connectivity.
- Configure routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve network issues.
