Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology or equivalent.
• 6 years Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry experience.
• 6 years' experience with Project Management methodology and complex decision-making with exec stakeholders.
• 1 year relevant portfolio management experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a speaker in professional presentations.
• Experience with vendor/contract management and negotiations.
• Development and execution experience with business development, marketing, communications, financial planning, and benchmarks/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and chartering of enterprise programs and initiatives.
• Establish program frameworks and governance structures; coordinate strategic workstreams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across CTS&D and other IS teams.
• Maintain enterprise-level visibility and oversight to ensure alignment with strategic intent and timelines.
• Coordinate dependencies and escalate barriers to support execution teams.
