Responsibilities

• Data Creation & Maintenance: lead the team in master data creation and maintenance per procedures and SLAs.
• Data Governance: enforce gatekeeper processes for SOX compliance and data standards across SAP PLM/MDG.
• Data Resource: act as SMEs for data structures, dependencies, and workflows; guide business units.
• Data Initiatives: define and implement data setups for new requirements and SAP PLM/MDG projects.
• Data Documentation: document data activities and maintain SOPs for governance.
• Leadership: foster a positive employee experience and coach team members.
