Job summary

Morningstar is hiring a marketing leader to partner with enterprise account teams. You’ll craft bespoke strategies, build messaging for top clients, and drive campaigns across executives, buyers, and users.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, joining a team that values accountability and transparency while delivering impact on revenue and client satisfaction. Hybrid work requires 4 days onsite in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent project-management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of books of business within a marketing-agreement framework.
• Create omni-channel marketing activations and account coverage plans.
• Develop client-specific marketing plans following standardized templates.
• Sell through marketing ideas to sales and gain buy-in from coverage teams.
• Collaborate with demand generation, BD, sellers, and sales ops to track progress toward goals.
