Job summary

Leprino is seeking an IT Systems Manager (Enterprise Infrastructure) to lead infrastructure engineers and coordinate internal IT partners across U.S. and European facilities.

The role supports ~1,800 servers and critical business applications, driving modernization, reliability, and resilience for corporate and manufacturing networks. Salary ranges between $122,000 and $140,000 with a 12% annual target bonus, reflecting the scope and leadership responsibilities of managing enterprise compute,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure or enterprise infrastructure operations.
• 2+ years of supervision or team leadership.
• Experience with virtualization, Windows/Linux server, storage, backup, data center operations.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and coordinate providers.
• Oversee compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and recovery.
• Guide architecture, standards, and modernization across data centers and hybrid-cloud.
• Lead VMware modernization, upgrades, and migrations.
• Maintain Windows and Linux environments, storage supporting ERP and automation.
• Coordinate incident response and remediation.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Establish monitoring, patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate public cloud, containers, automation, or AI monitoring.
• Partner with cybersecurity and plant IT teams to coordinate changes.
• Develop investment plans and oversee budgets and contracts.
• Communicate performance and investment priorities to IT leadership.
