Job summary

PZI Group in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an Enterprise IT Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, end-user support, and the corporate technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Autopilot, while improving operational efficiency and maintaining a secure, well‑managed IT environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of enterprise IT administration experience.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong knowledge of: Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot.
Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Experience with endpoint deployment and lifecycle management.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
Administer Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, SharePoint Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, Entra Admin Center, and Intune.
Manage user accounts, licensing, mailbox administration, and access requests.
Maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, and governance.
Own the endpoint lifecycle including procurement, imaging, deployment, and disposal.
Configure Windows devices using Intune and Autopilot; deploy updates and policies.
Lead internal IT Help Desk operations and resolve Tier 1/2 issues.
Onboard/offboard employees; manage licenses and devices.
Administer office networking, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
Coordinate hardware upgrades and IT asset inventories.
Develop IT documentation and SOPs; support security/compliance initiatives.
