Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with mission-critical production systems and distributed environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud services.
• Strong scripting, automation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise IT systems including servers, cloud services, operating systems, authentication systems, storage, and backups.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure for reliability, performance, and security.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, collaboration platforms, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Assist with security, patch management, compliance, business continuity, and incident response.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures; collaborate with stakeholders.
