Job summary

OMES is seeking a Technical Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. You will develop project plans, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with executives and technical teams.

This on‑site role in Oklahoma City requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years in IT operations and project management. Responsibilities include cross‑domain leadership, risk assessment, stakeholder management, and ensuring governance

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field and five years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least two years in project management.
  • Preferred: IT/IS infrastructure experience, server and cloud migrations, networking, cybersecurity; Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise projects spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, and networking with governance alignment.
  • Plan, scope, and execute multi‑team initiatives with detailed work breakdowns and schedules.
  • Develop budgets, manage costs, and coordinate cross‑functional communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, ensure compliance, and participate in procurement planning for projects.
  • Use project management software to track milestones and produce data‑driven reports.
