The IT/Business Applications Sr. Manager serves as both the architect and coach behind our enterprise applications strategy—leading the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the systems that power our go-to-market, finance, procurement, and quality operations.

You will lead a global team of business analysts, system administrators, and developers responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise business applications—from requirements and design through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and long-term support

What You’ll Do
Enterprise Systems Strategy & Architecture
  • Define and own the enterprise business systems strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning GTM, finance, quality systems with company objectives and Enterprise Technology strategy.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and compliant technical ecosystems that support rapid growth and global operations
  • Champion automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process simplification to reduce manual effort and improve operational velocity.
  • Orchestrate integrations across Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Jira, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and end-to-end visibility, simplifying the end-user experience
  • Define and uphold data governance, system architecture, and security standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in enterprise data.
  • Partner closely with analytics and data teams to ensure systems are optimized for reporting, forecasting, and data warehouse initiatives.
  • Design and implement a continuous improvement function for the Enterprise Business Systems team focused on eliminating work that could be automated or executed through the deployment of AI.
End-to-End Application Lifecycle Ownership
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications—from documentation and design through configuration, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Ensure high-quality system delivery through strong standards, validation practices, testing discipline, and post-launch support models.
  • Prioritize enhancements, fixes, and new capabilities based on business impact, risk, urgency, and resource availability.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between Enterprise Technology and business stakeholders across our customer-facing and back-office teams.
  • Ability to lead / lead your team through requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design sessions—translating business needs into scalable technical solutions where appropriate.
  • Serve as functional relationship owner, ensuring systems continuously evolve with business needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business system analysts, developers, and system administrators.
  • Set clear objectives, provide coaching and technical guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support long-term career development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Delivery, Change & Adoption
  • Lead large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives with competing priorities, ensuring projects stay on track and meet milestones.
  • Drive change management, training, documentation, and communication strategies to ensure strong user adoption.
  • Ensure systems comply with internal policies, data governance standards, security requirements, and external regulations (e.g., SOX, ISO, etc.)
Requirements
Who You Are
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Systems, Revenue Operations, IT Applications, or Business Technology within SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading the implementation, configuration, development, and support of complex enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Atlassian, etc.).
  • 4+ years of people management experience, including direct reports, performance management, and team development.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed, cross-functional initiatives.
Technical & Functional Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, CPQ), iPaaS platforms (Boomi, Workato, n8n, etc.), and with ERP platforms such as NetSuite.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs/ETL, workflow automation, and enterprise data architectures.
  • Strong business analysis and product ownership skills, with experience translating requirements into technical solutions.
