Job summary

Genpact seeks an Integration Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise integration across applications, data platforms, and digital ecosystems. Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration, middleware, solution architecture, or data architecture.
• Strong experience with API management and event streaming systems (Kafka/Confluent).
• Experience with CDC tools such as Debezium, GoldenGate or similar.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, API gateways, and schema management.
• Experience with cloud integration services on AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end enterprise integration solutions across source systems, CDC pipelines, enterprise bus, middleware, and API layers.
• Define and implement integration patterns for hybrid environments.
• Lead architecture and solution design for event-driven platforms using Kafka/Confluent and related streaming technologies.
• Design and govern Kafka-based streaming pipelines, including topic strategy, partitioning, and error handling.
