Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Cloud Platform Architecture.
• 5+ years designing and delivering Azure-based cloud-native integration or data platforms.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered tools or platforms, incl. LLM orchestration or RAG-based systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python with production logging and SOA principles.
• Experience with financial services, wealth management, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the end-to-end iPaaS architecture on Azure for ingestion, processing, and delivery.
• Architect event-driven patterns including pub/sub, dead-letter, replay, tracing, and idempotency guards.
• Design and govern Azure API Management as the centralized API gateway.
• Architect integration patterns for Salesforce, Orion, Addepar, Schwab, and Fidelity; build routing/transformation frameworks.

Role Overview

Weare seeking an Enterprise Integration & AI Platform Architect to lead thearchitecture, design, and delivery of two interconnected platforms for a WealthManagement client which involves an IPaaS, cloud native, event drivenintegration platform on Azure connecting Salesforce, Orion, Addepar, Schwab,and Fidelity; and the AIA Workbench, an AI driven / designed data intelligenceplatform built on Snowflake with an inference and recommendation engine.

Thisrole requires someone who can combine cloud platform architecture with AIsystem design, translate complex integration and data requirements intoscalable production systems, and lead both technical delivery and stakeholderengagement across engineering and business teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and govern theend-to-end iPaaS architecture on Azure — Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus,Azure Container Apps, AKS with KEDA — ensuring consistency and scalabilityacross ingestion, processing, and delivery layers.
• Architect event-drivenintegration patterns including publish/subscribe, dead-letter processing,replay mechanisms, correlation-based tracing, and idempotency guards.
• Design Azure API Management(APIM) as the centralized API gateway with rate limiting, circuit breakerpatterns, and API lifecycle governance.
• Design integration patternsfor Salesforce, Orion, Addepar, Schwab, and Fidelity, and build metadata-drivenrouting and transformation frameworks.
• Architect the AIAWorkbench, an AI-powered source-to-target mapping platform with naturallanguage query generation and reverse-engineering capabilities.
• Design the FIR system(Feedback, Inference, Recommendation) — a self-improving AI loop that capturesuser corrections, infers patterns from data, and generates increasinglyaccurate recommendations.
• Define the InferenceEngine's core questions for evaluating table and attribute identity,criticality, relationships, and usage patterns.
• Architect the Snowflakesemantic layer and Cortex RAG memory engine, and design agent orchestrationwith tool and agent registries.

Governance& Security

• Establish data and platformgovernance standards including metadata management, observability, and audittrail strategies across Cosmos DB and the integration layer.
• Define API securitystandards — OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, Managed Identity, Azure Key Vault — and enforceencryption, RBAC, and PII/PHI handling policies.
• Ensure architecturedecisions comply with relevant regulatory and enterprise security requirementsfor financial services data.
• Lead architectureworkshops, design reviews, and whiteboarding sessions with client andengineering teams, producing documentation consumable by both technical andbusiness stakeholders.
• Define technology roadmaps,SoW phase structures, effort estimates, and delivery scheduling.
• Mentor engineering teams (3backend, 2 frontend) and review solution designs, establishing a culture ofdesign rigor and platform thinking.
• Present architecturedecisions and program updates to executive stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
• 10+ years of progressiveexperience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Cloud PlatformArchitecture.
• 5+ years designing anddelivering Azure-based cloud-native integration or data platforms — not justconsuming them.
• Hands-on experiencebuilding AI/ML-powered tools or platforms, including LLM orchestration orRAG-based systems.
• Strong proficiency inPython, including production experience with structured logging, decorators,and service-oriented design.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Certified: AzureSolutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
• SnowPro Core Certificationor hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex.
