PNC is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager, Senior in Data Center Services, based in one of our Technology Hub locations in the U.S. The role leads modernization efforts across compute, storage, network, cloud, and data center operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong transformation leadership, deep infrastructure expertise, and a track record of building high-performing engineering teams. Occasional in-office work may be required.

As an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager, Senior within PNC’s Data Center Services organization, you will be based in one of our Technology Hub locations (Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ).

The Director of Data Center is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and transformation of enterprise infrastructure services across compute, storage, network, cloud, and data center operations. This role leads the evolution from traditional, manually operated infrastructure to a modern, automated, software-defined platform that delivers scalable, secure, and reliable services to the business.
The ideal candidate combines deep infrastructure expertise with strong transformation leadership and a proven ability to build high-performing engineering organizations

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Job Description
  • Delivers products/services in alignment with business needs and objectives. Responsible for multiple teams or departments within the Enterprise Infrastructure function.
  • Leads infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs. Oversees portfolio/program/project management responsibilities. Directs financial management and risk management capabilities.
  • Leads stable and secure environment, incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle. Communicates with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
  • Designs best practices for technology architecture and management.
  • Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $135,520.00 - $251,680.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
