Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for remote connectivity solutions
• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through deployment and optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 3+ years in product management or product ownership preferred
• Strong understanding of remote access technologies and enterprise IT environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver customer-centric solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, Agile Product Owner, CCNP, or CWNP (a plus, not required)
• Familiarity with network monitoring and performance tools (e.g., UXI, Dynatrace, ThousandEyes)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
• Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA) in technology environments
