Unite Us is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead remote end-to-end implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to drive adoption and ROI.
You will manage project scopes, coordinate between internal teams, and ensure go-live success while traveling occasionally for customer needs. This role requires strong program management and communication skills in health/public services contexts, with Jira/Salesforce/Google Suite experience.
Enterprise Implementation Manager
Product Delivery
The Enterprise Implementation Manager will primarily support our remote implementation model. This role will also occasionally support our Enterprise Services Delivery model, which focuses on temporarily embedding Unite Us team members in the early stages of partnership with customers who have significant business impact to provide expedited delivery and early ROI. The Implementation Manager will work with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to proactively assess customer workflows and system adoption and consult with the customer to celebrate successes. This role includes a willingness to travel occasionally for customer needs, proven experience in managing customer relationships, and an ability to proactively identify risks and respond appropriately to rapidly changing situations. Implementation Managers are strong collaborators and work across departments and teams to ensure a seamless delivery of our solutions. The Implementation Manager is a detail-oriented or execution-focused individual with strong project management, customer management, and communication skills. They must have the ability to think on their feet and demonstrate expertise in executing a best-in-class implementation process. This role requires a process- and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to drive operational efficiencies and decrease time to value for our customers.
