You will work with a broad range of technologies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help demonstrate how innovative imaging solutions can improve healthcare workflows.

What You Will Do
Design, Build, and Support Demonstration Environments
  • Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Enterprise Imaging demonstration environments supporting workflows and customer presentations.
  • Manage virtualized, on-premises, and cloud-based systems to ensure performance, reliability, and availability.
  • Configure and troubleshoot imaging applications, databases, operating systems, networking, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Prepare and validate demonstration systems for customer engagements, conferences, and strategic sales opportunities.

  • Support the configuration of customer-specific workflows and technical proof-of-concept environments.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges during demonstration preparation and live customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate new product capabilities into demonstration platforms.
Integrate Healthcare Imaging Technologies
  • Configure and troubleshoot DICOM and HL7 integrations between imaging systems and healthcare applications.
  • Support PACS, Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), image viewers, and related enterprise imaging components.
  • Work with imaging datasets, DICOM services, clinical workflows, and interoperability interfaces.
  • Help demonstrate enterprise imaging workflows across multiple clinical and technical systems.
Explore, Automate, and Innovate
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that improve demonstration capabilities, scalability, and performance.
  • Develop scripts and automation to streamline installation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment.
  • Gain hands‑on experience with containerization, cloud infrastructure, and modern application architecture.
  • Collaborate with product management, development, and technical experts to support evolving solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting, implementing, or administering enterprise software systems in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or a comparable technical environment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex software applications, infrastructure, networking, or system integrations.
  • Familiarity with PACS, medical imaging systems, or healthcare interoperability technologies such as DICOM or HL7.
  • Experience working with virtual machines, server environments, databases, or enterprise application infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently investigate technical issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn new technologies, and ownership of technical outcomes.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% for customer demonstrations, conferences, and internal collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
