Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in solutions architecture, product development, or technical sales.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing).
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into practical hardware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to capture customer requirements and discovery outcomes.
• Develop tailored hardware solutions using CTA's portfolio or new concepts.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to assess feasibility, timelines, and costs.
• Create product specs, renderings, and prototype recommendations.
• Guide prototype development and customer sample reviews through production.
• Identify opportunities to scale custom solutions into repeatable products.
