Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Five years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, technical architecture, solution design, or leading architectural functions across multiple technology domains.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting twelve semester hours per year of required experience for each year, up to two years.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in developing the long‑term enterprise architecture strategy and ensure alignment with statewide agency objectives.
• Govern cross‑domain architecture decisions spanning solutions, cloud, application, data, and security to maintain architectural cohesion.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Enterprise Governance Architecture Team to ensure standards and solution quality.
