Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead enterprise forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

You will partner with senior finance leaders to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across technology, operations, risk, and other corporate functions. The role offers visibility into performance, with collaboration across business lines and executive leadership to drive improved financial outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of relevant finance, financial planning, forecasting, or financial management experience.
• Eight or more years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Significant FP&A experience within a large, complex organization.
• Experience supporting cost allocation processes and enterprise forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities across the enterprise.
• Consolidate forecasts into enterprise-level reporting and analysis.
• Support the annual budgeting process with business line finance teams.
• Participate in long-range planning and multi-year forecasting.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic planning.
