Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Dallas is seeking a Finance Manager – Enterprise FP&A to support quarterly forecasts, the annual plan, and strategic business planning. You will own the Anaplan forecast process and coordinate with business units and Corporate teams to deliver timely, insightful analysis.

You’ll lead monthly management reporting, support the earnings process, and drive FX and other ad-hoc analyses, partnering with executives to shape the financial outlook and communicate results clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Analysis, Treasury, or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of the full financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Experience with Anaplan, SAP, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forecast consolidation.
• Own Anaplan forecast consolidation process for quarterly forecast and planning.
• Validate key forecast assumptions and ensure accuracy of forecast reporting.
• Coordinate with BU and Corporate teams for timely updates.
• Identify opportunities for forecast process improvements.
• Deliver insights to leadership and support executive decisions.
• Lead monthly management reporting and analytics.
• Support quarterly earnings process and investor relations materials.
• Lead FX and ad-hoc analyses; coordinate FX monthly forecast with Treasury.
• Monitor FX impact and communicate risks/opportunities.
• Support executive communication materials and collaboration with Enterprise FP&A.
