Spencer Britt in Minnesota seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA-C) for full- or part-time Enterprise Float coverage in ED, urgent care, and walk-in clinics. You will support the ED, hospital services, clinics, and a rural ED with tele-support in place.

The role requires ACLS, Minnesota license and DEA, with strong communication. Base salary starts at $150K per year for the first two years, plus production bonuses, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• NP or PA-C from an accredited program and licensed or eligible for Minnesota medical license and DEA.
• Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care APP experience is required.
• ACLS certification mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide consistent ED and walk-in clinic coverage across the enterprise.
• Support EDs, hospital services, clinics, and a rural ED with tele-support in place.
• Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist hospitalist team with inpatient, swing bed, and observation care as needed.

Position Highlights:

• Full- or part-time Enterprise Float opportunity
• Support EDs, hospital services, clinics, and a walk-in clinic across the enterprise
• Sole coverage in one rural ED with Avera tele-support currently in place
• ED volume averages ~3–4 patient encounters per shift
• Average ED acuity of 3.5 on the 1–5 ESI scale
• Support hospitalist team with inpatient, swing bed, and observation care as needed
• Provide consistent, flexible ED and walk-in clinic coverage
• EPIC EMR
• Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• NP or PA-C from an accredited institution
• Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care APP experience
• ACLS certification
• Active Minnesota medical license and DEA upon hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
