This 6-month contract offers hybrid work (3 days onsite) in New York, NY or Stamford, CT, with pay rates of $70-$80 per hour on a W2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• 2+ years leading AI, machine learning, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Job Details:

• Duration: 6 months contract
• Pay Rate: $70-$80 hourly W2

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related fields
• 5+ years of project or program management experience
• 2+ years leading AI, machine learning, or digital transformation initiatives
• Proven expertise in managing complex enterprise programs and diverse teams
• Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe
• Experience with Generative AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude
• Knowledge of ML Ops practices and AI governance frameworks
• Background in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or highly regulated industries

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or Computer Science
• Extensive experience managing AI projects within regulated environments

Estimated Min Rate: $70.00

Estimated Max Rate: $80.00
