Job summary

Balboa is seeking an Enterprise Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of Pendo-based analytics and engagement projects for Fortune 2000 clients. You will orchestrate between clients, Pendo, and internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and progress across all project phases.

The role blends project leadership, business acumen, and technical understanding, with a focus on managing multi-workstream engagements in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in large organizations.
• Familiarity with product analytics, customer engagement, or digital experience platforms.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• Experience with budgets and project financials, including tracking EAC and % completion related to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pendo-based analytics and user engagement projects for Fortune 2000 clients.
• Own client communication and stakeholder management throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with solution architects, product analysts, technical leads, and other stakeholders to meet client needs.
• Track and report engagement status, risks, and outcomes to internal and client executives.
• Manage project budgets and align delivery performance with revenue and margin goals.
• Continuously refine internal delivery processes and engagement frameworks.
• Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships after the Balboa engagement.
