DeZURIK is seeking a Director of Enterprise Environmental Health & Safety to champion a safety-first culture across our organization while building systems, standards, and accountability that protect our team members and support operational ownership and execution.

This leadership role will partner with executive and operations leaders to establish enterprise-wide safety and environmental programs, drive compliance, reduce risk, and elevate safety performance on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Requires OSHA and EPA expertise with experience in manufacturing safety environments.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise-wide safety and environmental systems and governance.
• Drive OSHA/EPA compliance, reduce operational risk, and elevate safety performance.
• Partner with executive and operations leaders to develop standards, reporting, training, and governance.
• Serve as a resource for safety leadership across multiple locations and 30% travel.
