Job summary

Spencer Britt is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support Emergency Departments, hospital services, and clinics across Fergus Falls and Elbow Lake, Minnesota. This enterprise float position offers full- or part-time hours with EPIC EMR and collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork.

The role emphasizes independence, flexible ED and walk-in clinic coverage, along with tele-support in a rural ED, and a guaranteed base salary starting at $150K with additional earnings from

Qualifications

• NP or PA-C from an accredited program
• Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care APP experience
• ACLS certification; Minnesota license and DEA upon hire

Responsibilities

• Support EDs, hospital services, clinics, and a walk-in clinic across the enterprise
• Provide coverage in one rural ED with tele-support in place
• Assist hospitalist teams with inpatient, swing bed, and observation care as needed
• Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
