Chevron is seeking a Senior DevOps Solution Architect to design scalable CI/CD and developer platform solutions in a large enterprise environment. You will translate business needs into robust Azure-based architectures, partner with security, product and engineering teams, and drive modernization aligned to Chevron's cloud strategy.

Competenze

• 8+ years in software development and solution architecture.
• 3+ years in solution architecture or senior technical leadership.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-level services or platforms for developer consumption.
• Cloud-native design using Azure services (App Services, Functions, Data Factory, SQL DB).
• Experience implementing security and compliance best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Design and support the DevOps CI/CD pipeline and enterprise development at scale.
• Own end-to-end architecture for CI/CD and developer platforms.
• Design and standardize enterprise pipeline patterns (build, test, deploy, artifact management).
• Lead AI efforts to improve pipeline capabilities and developer productivity.
• Lead architecture decisions for next-gen Development Platforms and toolchain integrations.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security controls, and cloud strategy.
• Partner with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Cyber teams to deliver compliant solutions.
• Evaluate tools and technologies for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Architects on cross-functional dependencies and requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and debt; lead governance reviews.
