Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a Data Program Management Leader to translate strategic priorities into coordinated, governed initiatives across Enterprise Data. You will partner with Data Leadership, Business, Tech, Finance, Risk, Compliance and PMO to drive planning and execution and report portfolio health.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex enterprise programs and portfolios.
• Strong governance, risk management and execution capabilities.
• Experience with executive reporting and strategic planning.
• Budgeting, resource planning and vendor coordination experience.
• Proficient with project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet or Planview.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integrated Enterprise Data portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements across concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate portfolio planning across Data Leadership, Business, Technology, and enterprise PMO.
• Monitor performance, identify delivery risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Support annual and quarterly planning and portfolio prioritization.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and leadership presentations.
• Maintain portfolio documentation and escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor activity for Enterprise Data.
