Job summary

Tampa Electric is seeking an EAM and enterprise data lead to drive data readiness, governance, migration, and validation for the ADI Release 2 program. You will coordinate between business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure data assets enable operational excellence and transformation.

Requires 6+ years in data analysis/management, strong SDLC and Agile experience, and familiarity with SAP/Maximo and data integration concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in related discipline.
• Certifications in SQL, Data Analytics, Data Management, SAP, Maximo, Agile, PM or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data readiness, governance, conversion, and solution data activities for the ADI Release 2 program.
• Act as SME on EAM and enterprise data, data quality, governance, and integrations.
• Coordinate data migration, mapping, validation, and testing with stakeholders and vendors.
• Document data flows, monitor data integrity and system performance, drive continuous improvement.
