Job summary

Catalent is seeking an Enterprise Data Integrations Specialist to manage data integration across internal systems, external partners, and customers for digital collaborations at our Bridgewater location. The role emphasizes high-quality, scalable integration solutions and close collaboration with business partners and technical teams.

Requires a minimum of five years of data integration delivery experience, IDMC expertise, and strong knowledge of iPaaS and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of data integration delivery experience, cloud-to-cloud and on-prem-to-cloud projects.
• Proven expertise with IDMC, iPaaS, APIs, and data integration best practices.
• Experience with global data integration practices and enterprise data estates.
• Strong collaboration with business, customers and technical partners is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to identify data integration scope and define sourcing strategies.
• Provide best practices on data sourcing for sustainable integrations using standard Catalent data ingestion tech.
• Deploy and maintain standards and blueprints across integration techniques and technologies.
• Map data with source system owners and ensure documentation for cutover and analytics.
• Onboard new data sources into Catalent’s data layers and data stores within the North Star Data Estate.

**Enterprise Data Integrations Specialist****About Site**Our Bridgewater location is the corporate office for Catalent. The facility is located approximately 45 minutes from Newark Liberty airport.**Position Summary**We have an opportunity for an Enterprise Data Integrations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee projects related to data integrations between internal systems, external partners, and customers for digital collaborations. You will ensure high-quality, high-performance solutions that create value for Catalent and its customers. This position requires strong collaboration with business partners, customers, and technical teams in a dynamic environment.Shift: Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch Location: Bridgewater, NJ or Morrisville, NC 100% Onsite**The Role*** Perform discovery to identify key systems in scope for data integration and define optimal sourcing and integration strategies.* Provide guidance and best practices on data sourcing for sustainable integrations using Catalent standard Data Ingestion technologies and architectural principles.* Deploy and maintain standards and solution blueprints across various integration techniques and technologies.* Work with source system owners to understand data location, availability, volatility, and structure for data mapping.* Ensure delivery of data integration artifacts and documentation to support operational cutover, data quality improvements, and analytics-ready data science exploration.* Deliver effective onboarding of new data sources into the appropriate data layers and data stores within Catalent’s North Star Data Estate.* Contribute to design decisions on data models, data acquisitions, data retention policies, and data life cycle policies.* Perform other duties as assigned.**The Candidate****Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.* Minimum five years of proven data integration delivery experience designing and leading Cloud-to-Cloud and On-Prem-to-Cloud Data Integration projects with in-depth knowledge in core data integration practice.* Experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC – formerly IICS) is required.* Proven experience in establishing and operationalizing Data Integration practices in a global organization.* Strong knowledge of Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and Application Program Interfaces (APIs).* Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds.**Preferred Skills & Background*** Life Sciences industry experience preferred.* Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Databricks is desirable.* Experience leading digital collaboration projects between trading partners via industry exchanges/networks, such as SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Network, TraceLink, E2Open, OneNetwork, etc. is highly desirable.* Deep knowledge of data ingestion methods applying various techniques including Web Services, data views, ETL, near real-time data streaming, data extracts, etc.**Why You Should Join Catalent*** Defined career path and annual performance review and feedback process.* Diverse, inclusive culture.* Potential for career growth on an expanding team within an organization dedicated to preserving and bettering lives.* Competitive paid time off plus 8 paid holidays.* Community engagement and green initiatives.* Medical, dental, and vision benefits effective day one of employment.* Tuition reimbursement.**Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!** Join the global drug development and delivery leader and help us bring over 7,000 life-saving and life-enhancing products to patients around the world.
