Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data governance, master data management, data quality, or related discipline.
• Experience establishing data standards, ownership, stewardship across functions.
• Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise data governance framework with data standards and ownership.
• Identify and support data owners and stewards across key business functions.
• Improve data quality across customers, dealer, product, parts, supplier, pricing, and other data.
• Define systems of record and data maintenance standards across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to embed data requirements in new systems and processes.
• Establish common definitions for key metrics and maintain data dictionaries and glossaries.
• Develop data quality metrics and reporting to identify issues and measure improvements.
• Support analytics, automation, and AI readiness through governance.
• Partner with transformation teams to reduce manual or duplicate data maintenance.
• Promote data ownership and accountability across the organization.
