Job summary

Accenture California seeks a Data Engineering, Management & Governance Manager to own the technical integrity and delivery of AI insights platforms translating enterprise data into measurable business value.

You will design and maintain intelligent data platforms across distributed environments, integrating Salesforce and Palantir Foundry, and ensuring data quality and governance for scalable, trusted analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, enterprise data engineering, or AI platform delivery.
• Experience architecting data fabric solutions with data virtualization, active metadata, and knowledge graphs.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery) and data integration tooling.
• Experience integrating Salesforce or Palantir Foundry in data pipelines and analytics workflows.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable data models and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise data fabric solutions across multi-cloud environments.
• Build and maintain strategic AI insights platforms with versioning and governance.
• Ingest, model, and govern enterprise data; enable automated KPI extraction and coverage metrics.
• Integrate enterprise systems (Salesforce, Palantir Foundry) and ensure secure data workflows.
• Define reference architectures, data products, and governance frameworks at scale.
• Drive continuous platform innovation and contribute to client advisory sessions.
