Job summary

Pelico, a leading manufacturing orchestration platform, is seeking a Data Engineer to own how complex industrial data is transformed into usable inputs for our platform. You will work directly with enterprise customers, translating their systems and data models into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities include designing robust data pipelines, improving data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure live production value.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or technical delivery roles, ideally in customer-facing environments.
• Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and working with cloud data environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling with large, messy real-world datasets.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and explaining technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data onboarding and transformation for enterprise customers, turning ERP and operational data into structured inputs for Pelico’s platform.
• Design and build robust data pipelines and transformation logic for complex manufacturing use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure production-ready solutions.
• Debug and resolve data quality, integration, and performance issues in live environments.
