This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager within the Enterprise Data Defect Management & Reporting organization to lead Defect Management and Reporting across the bank’s critical data ecosystems. This role will own the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide data defect lifecycle process reporting capabilities to support regulatory compliance, business operations, and data quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, proven experience in enterprise data defect management, reporting, and deep knowledge of data governance best practices in the financial services industry.

The base pay for this position is generally between $150,000 and $180,000. Actual starting pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Total compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other awards.
