The Enterprise Data Architect and Technical Lead is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role within the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team. This position is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise data architecture vision for scalable, high‑quality data solutions. The role combines deep expertise in data modeling, middleware, MDM, and visualization with the ability to lead through influence‑collaborating closely with ETL developers, data engineers, and BI developers across a multidisciplinary environment to drive outcomes.
The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of the Enterprise Data Warehouse – inclusive of data products (EDW), enterprise integration layer (middleware), MDM, and ensuring that data platforms are aligned with business objectives, optimized for performance, and governed by best practices. This role will also guide the technical execution of data projects, manage resource allocation, and foster collaboration across functional and IT teams.

The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $155,500 to $188,200. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, and/or long‑term incentives in the form of stock options.
