Camco Manufacturing is seeking a Microsoft Data Architect to lead the design of a connected enterprise data foundation and drive data-driven decision making across the business. The role combines data architecture, data engineering, reporting, and strategic planning with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include building pipelines between D365 Finance and Operations and legacy systems, creating enterprise data models, and enabling Power BI reporting for stakeholders.

Formación

• 7+ years in data engineering or related roles, including architecture and delivery.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience, including data pipelines, OneLake, and lakehouse/warehouse solutions.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations data with other enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL and Python or PySpark skills, with ETL/ELT and data quality expertise.
• Ability to assess fragmented environments, define target architecture, and deliver improvements in phases.
• Experience partnering with operational and finance stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive adoption.
• Manufacturing or multi-site experience preferred, with familiarity across inventory, procurement, production, or finance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and delivery of a connected enterprise data foundation and reporting.
• Build ingestion pipelines connecting D365 Finance and Operations, legacy systems, and other apps using appropriate connectors and APIs.
• Create enterprise data models and trusted datasets spanning products, customers, suppliers, inventory, orders, and finances.
• Partner with business owners to establish data definitions, master data standards, and quality rules.
• Enable Power BI reporting and semantic models for operational and financial stakeholders.
• Implement access controls, lineage, documentation, monitoring, and deployment practices.
• Translate architecture decisions into business language and guide delivery partners.
