Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking a Solution Architect for their Enterprise Data Architecture in Milwaukee, WI. You will translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, secure technical designs and guide development teams across cloud and on-prem solutions.

Responsibilities include creating architectural blueprints, defining standards, and advising on technologies to align with business goals. Hybrid work arrangement offered; strong collaboration with stakeholders and tech leaders is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate requirements into technological solutions.
• Deep understanding of software development, cloud computing (AI, AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and security.
• Problem-solving skills to evaluate complex scenarios and determine the best technical approach.
• Develop guidelines to ensure that a technological framework is applied across the team, maintain awareness and visibility of organizational best practices.
• Introduce and accelerate new technologies and methodologies to support digital transformation.
• Work with multiple partners and influence project decisions.
• Work with other solution architects to provide secure, scalable architectural solutions.
• Provide cross-product/cross-technology expertise to capability teams.
• Support the design and modeling of tactical architectures to develop projects.
• Support the design and management of reference architecture.
• Contribute to and evaluate solution design and consult during release planning
