Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. seeks an Enterprise Data Architect to partner with IT and business stakeholders to shape data strategy and governance. You will design, document, and steward data architectures that improve security, quality, and value across the organization.

You will lead modeling, metadata, lineage, and catalog efforts; foster data products and responsible ownership; and guide adoption of AI-ready data foundations while aligning with ERP, CRM, and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture or related fields.
• Experience leading data strategy, governance, and architecture initiatives.
• Knowledge of data domains, master data management, metadata, lineage, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise data strategy, architecture roadmaps, governance frameworks, standards, patterns, reference architectures, and implementation guardrails.
• Provide enterprise data architecture leadership across strategic initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Establish and promote data product ownership, stewardship, and data contract practices across value streams.
• Lead enterprise information architecture including data modeling, mapping, master data, metadata management, semantic modeling, data lineage, and catalog capabilities.
• Enable secure self-service access to trusted enterprise data through governance, metadata, semantic models, reusable data products, and data quality practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish accountability and drive business outcomes through effective data management.
• Evaluate emerging data, analytics, governance, and AI technologies while driving automation and observability.
