Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Data Architect to define and implement our enterprise data architecture strategy to support analytics, reporting, data governance, cloud modernization, and AI initiatives.

You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and trusted data solutions across the enterprise while migrating from legacy platforms to Azure-based technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6-8 years in Data or Enterprise Architecture, with 4-6 years building cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Storage, SQL, Power BI, and dbt for data pipelines and governance.
• Experience migrating legacy platforms to cloud architectures; SAP ECC/S4HANA experience is a plus.
• Experience implementing governance, lineage, security, privacy, and data quality for enterprise analytics.
• Experience designing enterprise BI/analytics architectures including KPI frameworks and semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Dal-Tile's enterprise data and BI architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Establish standards for dbt, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Power BI, and governance practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and document decisions, patterns, and deployment practices.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers and BI teams to deliver governed self-service analytics and trusted data products.
