Job summary

Masco Corporation in Michigan seeks an Enterprise Data Architect to own the enterprise data model, master data foundations, and attribution logic across BU, HQ, and retailers. You will establish semantic modeling standards and govern data quality, security, and metadata to support a scalable, AI-ready data foundation.

You will lead design-authority decisions, validate requests, and partner with Data Engineering, BI teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the enterprise model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Substantial experience as an Enterprise Data Architect, Data Architect, or comparable role.
• Experience establishing master data, attribution, and harmonization standards in a multi-source, multi-brand environment.
• Experience leading and coaching technical data teams toward enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data architecture blueprint and standardized data model, expandable across POS use cases.
• Define and maintain the BU to HQ to retailer attribution crosswalk as the enterprise standard.
• Set harmonization, data-quality standards, and governance policies for data engineering and analytics.
• Approve architectural approaches before build begins and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Provide design-authority oversight of release management and collaborate with Data Engineering Leader and BI teams.
