Capgemini is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to join our I&D team in Richmond, VA. You will lead enterprise data architecture, governance, and the evolution of data strategy across customer, manufacturing, and supply chain domains.

You will align business objectives with data platforms, analytics, and emerging AI solutions while promoting security and standardization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture and governance.
• Deep experience in customer, manufacturing, or supply chain domains.

• Define enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end data architectures for ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics.
• Partner with business, analytics, and technology leaders to translate strategy into scalable data solutions.
• Provide architectural governance across programs and initiatives.
• Establish standards for data integration, MDM, metadata and data quality.
• Evaluate and standardize cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Ensure security, privacy, and resiliency compliance; drive automation.
• Identify and implement new technology concepts and AI concepts.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
