Job summary

Family Dollar seeks a Business Analyst, Enterprise Data & Analytics to help build scalable data and BI solutions across the organization. You will partner with business and engineering teams to translate needs into clear requirements and deliver analytics capabilities that power decisions across Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Stores.

You will own dashboards and data products, work on data governance and quality, and help drive adoption of analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics, BI, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools for dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with Agile and user-story based development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director and Eng Managers on enterprise data product strategy.
• Define clear requirements across business domains with stakeholders.
• Build and own dashboards, KPIs, semantic data layers, self-service analytics.
• Translate complex analyses into simple, actionable requirements and visuals.
• Manage scrums by prioritizing epics and stories with clear product vision.
• Monitor KPIs, ROI, and product adoption; drive usability improvements.
