Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data‑focused roles preferred.
• Experience with Domo, NetSuite reporting, MS Reporting Services, SQL, and data visualization tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations using Domo.
• Create operational, financial, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and executive reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytics solutions.
• Support reporting and data extraction requirements across ERP applications.
• Develop and maintain data models that support enterprise reporting requirements.
• Create and support ETL and data integration processes.
• Provide timely reporting solutions to internal departments and external customers.
• Train end users on dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
