Job summary

HCSC is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end data components across projects, partnering with Health Tech and Divisional Analytic teams. You will guide requirements, architecture decisions, and agile delivery to drive measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in data analytics (or equivalent), strong project leadership, and deep knowledge of big data, data processing environments, and SDLC methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 7 years of data and analytics experience OR Technical Certification and/or college courses and 9 years of data and analytics experience OR 11 years of data and analytics experience
• 2 years of experience leading projects
• Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping
• Knowledge of system architecture
• Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies
• Knowledge of data processing environments
• Knowledge of Agile project management
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
• Business acumen
• SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
• Oral & written communication skills

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range

$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
